LaGrange Township and Village of LaGrange

The village of LaGrange is located in central LaGrange Township, and the community of Pheasant Run is in the southwest part of the township. The first settlement in LaGrange was Nathan Clark and his wife Ann on November 14th 1825. LaGrange Township was attached to Carlisle and separated and organized as LaGrange Township in Jan of 1827.

The population of LaGrange Village was 2,595 at the 2020 census. The population of LaGrange Township as of the 2020 census the population was 6,560.
